"Was in there less than 30 min ago looking for new battery. TERRIBLE customer service from what I believe to be the short king manager. Treated me terribly the last thing on earth he wanted to do was help me put the $200 plus dollar battery in. I took my service to advanced much better folks over here!"
"Was a good experience everyone was friendly and was able to easily find what I needed. This is my more frequently visited auto parts store and not many complaints, the associates could know more about working on cars but some know enough."
"Very helpful staff. I know it's stereotypical to hate going into these type of places as a girl who doesn't know much about car but I am always afraid of being taken advantage of. However, the person who helped me was so nice, made sure I knew what was going on with my vehicle, and showed me what I needed. Awesome service."
"Fortunately I did my homework before I went. I went to the one near Bechtel avenue but they did not have the items in stock. They referred me to the Burnet road location. They called over to make sure they had the item before they sent me. When I got there the price was considerably lower and the part did not look like what I was expecting. I expressed my concern and they did some research to discover that, Yes, there was a misunderstanding. I was looking for a camshaft and they were selling me a crankshaft! They exchanged it out promptly."
"The two elderly gentleman were rude, hateful, and cold. They seemed as if helping customers was an inconvenience and more interested in going outside to smoke. They need supervision and should not be left alone together. The attitudes would be bad enough on their own, much less together."
