"This place is consistently inconsistent. Waiting to pick up an order of pretzels from the pickup shelves that I ordered from my cell phone as I have done a hundred times before. I waited... waited... waited... waited... waited... until I asked what happened to my order. I learned that they were keeping it at the kitchen counter. Huh? I had no way of knowing the order was filled. Why are they keeping mobile orders at the kitchen counter? It was not an order from a kiosk. Never had a problem when the female employees filled my orders. To the owner: Just train your employees to make sure things are consistent. No need for a chat on the phone. Chat with your kitchen staff and don't let them make things up. If you can't get a pretzel order right..."
