"Really terrible company. Denied me for short term disability. I appealed and put it in the hassle of all the paperwork they asked me to. Denied again. Takes like two weeks to get a response to anything because even if you call for an answer they tell you they can’t give you an answer over the phone for whatever reason and they have to tell you through mail so you just have to wait for their letter to show up. Hope they get what they deserve."

"This company just raises payments on auto insurance out of nowhere. This by far is the worst insurance for auto. They also pray on us elderly customers. Prices are not low they change within the first year.. when you ask about it they just tell you that all insurance companies are raising their prices. And that is that. Wish I never got this insurance. I'm looking for new car insurance so that I can get rid of this insurance."
