"The staff have always been pleasant. That is everyone but the manager. I was unable to get through to place a liquor order so I drove down to the store. I went in at first and an employee said to drive around back to place the order. I did and approached a male and a female outside. I explained why I was there and he started cussing at me telling me to get the f$&@ out of there and to take my business elsewhere. All of this while walking up to me aggressively close. We had been doing thousands of dollars of weekly transactions through them for years. This came out of nowhere. I’ve heard horror stories about the manager and this was my first interaction with him. I would think about making a change if I were the owner. And I did previously post a positive review for the employees inside the store as this is my neighborhood. This was just completely unacceptable and didn’t make a bit of sense."

"Time to stock up and I was looking for a great store with exceptional selection, we found an okay store with okay selection but questionable employees. I'm an older fella, been in a wheelchair for decades and acutely aware of access issues. This store like so many is a nightmare for anyone with mobility issues, they have placed so many endcaps, displays and just junk in the aisles and around their products that I simply could not navigate the store. When we first entered my wife attempted to bring the accessibility issue to one of the employees, his attitude was so blatantly dismissive, she said, well your complete lack of concern makes me want to shop somewhere else, his reply was, "okay" Luckily the bright spot of the visit was Wendy, she was also behind the counter and immediately attempted to make access available, she moved as much as she could then went on to assist my wife with finding products and just being an all around nice person. As for the store, it's unlikely I will ever visit again or recommend. Being handicapped, we found the parking a challenge also since the plow trucks apparently think that little blue sign and spot is where you put the piles of snow so the able bodied can park."
