"Very helpful staff. Had product issues, but more of a manufacturing issue, not store issue. Only thing is you only get two weeks to return it if you have issues so it is like a car warranty on its last 2 weeks. It breaks as soon as the warranty is up. Spent too much money here getting new ones because they can't fix it and can't take it back. Be aware quickly or you're out of luck."

"I’ve been in this store three times, they’ve always been super friendly and no issues until today. I decided to try a disposable hyde bar, got the two for 45 deal. Took it home and opened it up started puffing and it tastes awful, tastes like when my elfbar runs out and there’s no flavor left. I live 25 min away so I called to ask if I can just exchange it because there’s something obviously wrong with it. I was told since I didn’t try it in store I couldn’t exchange it because they run out super fast. I get it and I’m sure people have tried to return something they’ve been puffing on for days, but I literally just bought them two hours ago one is fine the other is not and I didn’t try it before I left because I’ve never done that and no one told me I needed to. Lessened learned, always try it before you leave the store but this has just really put me off from this vape store, there are plenty of other vape stores I could go to which is what I’ll be doing."

"Don’t buy a vape here. Bought one to replace my vape that was leaking and the guy was nice and said if anything is wrong with it bring it back and we will take care of it. 2 days later the new one leaks worse than the one I was trying to replace and the new one doesn’t stay charged more than 3 hours. He was rude and said no that doesn’t qualify for a refund or replacement. I will never go back there."

"Staff was extremely helpful and great to purchase from. Helped me find a decent starter kit in the price range I was willing to spend. On top of that, the offer their own brand of vape liquid for $0.01 with the purchase of the Drag X kit I purchased."
