"This is my first year of doing tax with them. I have the worst experience ever. Drop off my tax and since it's a business the manager name Jenny supposed to complete mine tax. About 2 weeks I hear nothing back from them I called to check on the status one of the assistant who answered the phone told me it was not ready and they would give me a call back soon! Waiting for 3 week. Called back got the same answer. was so disappointed at the owner that he hired such a lazy manager. Took them a month to finished. And now I received a letter from the IRS saying I owned them when my return actually showed that I got some refund back and that some calculations was done incorrectly. Im so mad! It will be my first and last time there. NEVER GOING BACK!"
