"Very rude. They did not want to return a defective item within the time limit allowed. They stated it didn't work because it was cold. I stated it had been setting in my car over night. They would only exchange the item. After the exchange the sales person complained about the condition of the package, when she damaged the package when she was inspecting the item and trying to refuse my return. I would not recommend this business."
