"Will never get my business again. We ordered a keg of beer, the gentleman on the phone said that they would have it by Friday afternoon. We drove from Van Wert to pick it up, the gal at the counter was rude while ringing us out, didn’t think much of it. We went to load up our keg, to find out Joel sold it earlier that day but we could have the other one he has here. No impressed with the service at all."
"Decent selection for a small store. Carries the craft beer I want, and has a decent bourbon shelf. Will sometimes get allocated bourbon and puts it on the shelf for a moderate markup. Doesn't make you jump through hoops to get it, if he has it, it goes on the shelf. Will take requests too; don't be afraid to ask for something you don't see."
