"The Dayton, Ohio shop DO NOT USE. They don't do what there asked to do. The roadside mechanic says he can't do what is supposed to be done. Has to do what his boss tells him. Changed a tire on a semi trailer that was DOT legal but not the one that wasn't. Even after being told and seeing the tire. Still let the driver leave with a under spec tire. So I say again DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION."

"After hour answering service very rude. I had a blowout on the road emergency situation, called Gem city because I was recommended to them, first off very rude and not helpful in a trying situation. They over priced the job out the door maybe they didn’t want to come out on a Friday night(lazy). Called Loves got great customer service and honest pricing!!! Not to mention Gem city called back Saturday to see if I was taken care of. How thoughtful.....Not!"

A new tire was installed at a reasonable price and we were on our way. What could have been a huge problem was professionally handled and we were safely on our way."
