"They are putting in more self check outs. With more people shopping online and using curbside pick up, you would think they might cater to the shoppers coming in the store. Sunday at 1230 p.m., the lines were 5 carts deep, and the self check out was worse. I will be doing less shopping here and look for a store that still wants to provide customer service. I am very disappointed in the direction they are going, i have shopped here for years."
