"This was probably the worst experience I had purchasing anything to be delivered… I ordered a couple of bottles of xxx beverages of a certain brand I was sent a couple bottles of something completely different from what I intended to buy. Then I decided to call out the store to find out what happened… They answer the phone this one very specific person who is working right now the moment I started telling him the story and how they didn’t send me what I needed he started being extremely rude he spoke down to me made me feel less of a person for being a woman and also hung up the phone a couple times on me this is disrespectful to the bones I have never been treated like this in my lifetime so that was it everyone has to have a first time that was it for me Please if you have a option do not purchase anything in the store I promise you if you try to communicate and say that what you had is not exactly what you wanted forget about customer service you just get rimmed buy them that’s not how we were supposed to spend the money that we work so hard for"
