"Was signed up for benefits plus without consent when asked why the price was way higher the store manager said “oh fees and taxes”when I called to get it removed the store manager very unprofessional called me and said “you put a complaint in on my store ms ?”. I told him that I did not put a complaint I just didn’t want the OPTIONAL benefits plus instead of taking it off he just kept saying “ you don’t want it ? Any thing can happen just keep it “ I told him I didn’t want i that I felt I don’t need it.he then said he would call me back and hung up on me .now he never answers my calls and still haven’t took the benefit plus off."

"wanted to rent a tv. when filling out information employee needed to use my phone which was weird and the first red flag. I asked her (employee with short blonde hair) to plug up display tv she said there wasn't an outlet where the tv was red flag #2. So the day of delivery it was drizzling (lightly) the tv was not in the box (just out no type of covering or anything)walking up to my apartment. I asked the drivers why the tv wasn't in the box. Guy #1 said sarcastically bc you didn't get a new tv. I said what?! So I called the store and she(light skinned lady with pony tail) said the tv was new and it was store policy to take it out the box in the truck. Then guy #2 said this the display tv. ( in my head I'm thinking the same tv she couldn't plug up??) So I called the store again and the same lady says you didn't say you wanted a new tv. I said are you trying to be funny? why would i pay triple the price for a used tv? I just spoke to you and you lied and said it was new 5 minutes prior. I told her I wanted a refund asap then she hung up on me. I called back she said oh I thought you ended the call. I don't like being lied to. Never again. And yes I got my refund."
