"The people here were very attentive and great, however the company as a whole is pathetic. They charge 27 cents per page to scan to an email. A page to be printed is 20 cents on paper. Explain the logic and reasoning behind overcharging for a digital scan to a email that does not waste any paper or material. There isn't. If you need to Scan a stack of 100 papers for a report, your spending 27$ to scan???? That is ridiculous. It should either be a low price of a couple of cents or a set amount to scan a large document. Why pay 27$ to scan a damn document when i can take a picture on my smart phone and use a scanning app to make the quality solid. For free. Scanners and this company is a archaic structure when i can buy a scanner, better quality from Amazon and have real options and convenience. Again, the staff was great, and courteous, but this company's pricing structure is a pending bankruptcy. Keep up the gouging price. I recommend anyone to get their items online, or scan with your phones. Unless you really need to go to a overpriced shell of a company."
