"If you're looking for spices, this place is the best. Jars upon jars of reasonably-priced bulk spices waiting to be bagged up just for you. And, they have a great refrigerated grains/nuts/dried fruits walk-in. Their prices are higher on other items than they would be at a mass-retailer, but the quality is better and more-often chemical-free and organic. Their staff also is knowledgeable about their products, including their vitamins and supplements and how they interact with each other and with common medications. Also, HFU is family-owned."
