"Just spoke with David Looney on the telephone about an upcoming child support/ custody case in which the father of my son has retained a lawyer for and is in the process of putting orders through the court system. After explaining him my situation of what the case will be involving and that I would like to retain a lawyer to prepare for my upcoming case, his only response to me was "When you receive your papers, that's when I'll get involved." No response to anything else I explained to him about the situation or anything. I mean, I understand the fact of not wanting to waste your time on, in your eyes, a "imaginary case", but when I am looking for a lawyer to retain for a case that I know is being put into the system within the next week, and your only response to me is "When you get your papers, that's when I'll get involved." Why would I want to retain you as a lawyer? Sorry, I am truly not someone to typically even leave reviews, however, I am looking for a lawyer who will hear me out and WANT to help me...I did not get that feeling when speaking to him on the phone.
