"I will never work with this law office again. I made two appointments to update my will and documents before we leave for India next week. The first appointment was cancelled last minute and was rescheduled for two weeks later. Then the second appointment was cancelled 10 minutes before the meeting. My daughter stayed home from work to attend this appointment. My son in law left the office to come watch our grandson. The front office staff and attorney stated they have the right to cancel the appointment anytime they want. If we want to make changes to our existing documents then go find another attorney. This attorney has a fiduciary obligation to ensure the estate planning documents he prepared is up to date. When we are trying to come in and meet with this attorney to update our documents he is refusing to even meet with us. It is irresponsible and a breech of his fiduciary obligations. The question I have for your office if you are not able to update our will that you prepared then why make the appointment?"
