"This company seems scummy. Every time they said I would get a call they never do. Had to argue with them last week to get someone who was supposed to rep me and never got them by an assistant. Monday I called to cancel their services (no money has been exchanged nor any service) and they told me I had to make an appointment to cancel. Come my schedule call on Wednesday (today) and no call. I called them and I was told there would be a follow up call. Maybe do what you are say you are going to do? I’ve been waiting all week to say I’m not interested in using you guys. Why do I have to make an appointment for that?"

"Case took much, much longer than expected to reach settlement. Firm is old-fashioned and does pretty much all of their work via paper/physical mail which slows down the processes pretty immensely. Attorney Brianne Shaw relentlessly worked for my case, but there are numerous improvements/modernizations that the firm could make that would have made Attorney Shaw’s job much easier from my perspective resulting in a better client experience."
