First off in the middle of my case when I lost my job he suggested we spend an additional $1,000 to to file a motion to get the case switched to a different type of bankruptcy case, which we ended up not being able to do, which left me on the short end of having to pay an additional $1,000 to Jon. Now at then tail end of my case I requested a total amount for the payoff from Jon, he provided me a figure that was completely incorrect, a figure that was $1,600 less than what was owed which caused me additional financial strain. Here I am thinking my case is ready to be completed and paid off early and I find out I still owe $1600 more dollars. As a client you should be able to rely on your attorney to provide you accurate details of your case, which Jon didn’t do on multiple occasions. I don’t think it was intentional just more of a case showing his lack of competence."
