"The intake specialist Betty is so disrespectful and condescending. I have never felt so uncomfortable in discriminating against during intake process. I am not on her time and this firm needs to evaluate who they hire if they think they can allow someone to talk to people that way and then pass the potential client off to an entirely different firm within an hour of being disrespected so thoroughly by an intake specialist. It makes me disgusted to think that I had to deal with this when I was the one asking for assistance for a potential legal case. I hope you're happy with yourselves. I hope you're satisfied."
