"Would highly recommend skipping this place for prints. The two women working at the desk on evening of 1/29 were incredibly rude. I ordered 4 simple return label prints on 1/13 that I tried to pick up tonight. The first woman told me the order didn’t exist, so I gave her the order number. She then told me I picked them up already, which was not the case. Eventually, the other woman printed off my order but upon checking, she only gave me 2/4 prints. I let her know my order was for 4 pieces of paper and she said her system only showed two. I insisted that it should be four (that’s what my confirmation email indicates) and she walked away. Eventually, I just reprinted myself with the self service and paid twice because I didn’t have time to argue."

"I scheduled an 8:40am TSA Pre-chek interview at this location. And received an email to confirm my appointment. When I arrived At 8:30 AM, the employees told me that their site does not offer interview appointments until 10 AM, and there was nothing they could do to help me. Horrible customer service, horrible communication, no willingness to help and I wasted an hour driving to the site and back while taking time off work."
