"I rented a climate controlled 10X10 unit. The price was $130 when I started it in June 2023. The price then went up to $170 and finally $211 by the time I moved out. I was told there was nothing that could be done about price increases and that management has no control over price increases and they can happen at any time. I would NOT recommend this company for that exact reason. The facility was clean and if it was not for the ridiculous price increases I would still be there. I actually rented a small commercial space with a lease. It is cheaper than the storage unit."
