As you could guess given the fact that my son was over 18 and out of state added to the anxiety. Mr Borger was very transparent and took the time to get to know and make my son feel at ease. "We went to Mr. Borger for the adoption of our son. Not only did he treat us like our case was not important, but he also messed up the paperwork. I am not having to refile the Adoption certificate because he put the birth parents' information instead of ours. So, we cannot get the correct birth certificate. The only reason I am giving him 2 stars is because he finished the case even though it was not done correctly. We initially met with him in May, and he did not file the paperwork until August. Adoption is clearly not his forte. I do not recommend him for that. He may be great with other things. But definitely not adoption through foster care."

"I have had the displeasure of being in a business relationship with this attorney. He is at best incompetent, slow, and needs to be shown the stick before you throw it. You have to double-check all of his work and YOU will have to contact him for follow up as he won't initiate contact. He claimed to impartially represent my mother's estate, but at every turn favored one party to the disadvantage of the second party. He may have followed the letter of the law, but he behaved disgracefully throughout the process. My advice to anyone who is considering an attorney is to avoid Tyrone Borger at all costs, and if you have to work with him: hire your own attorney to watchdog this disgraceful fool."
