After our initial meeting the attorney (Tyrone Borger) was late with the introductory questionnaire and then kept delaying crafting the documents. Finally, after I inquired, he told me they would be ready in a couple of days. I waited a week after his projected completion date and emailed him again. From that point forward he completely ghosted me. I had been referred to the firm through a legal plan and I reached out to the plan to see if they could help. The plan’s client services contacted the attorney and he told them he would call me that day.
