"I found myself in a scenario that I have never been in before. I called the police to help me change a tire when I was stuck on the side of the road over an hour away from home, and after the officer changed my tire we discovered that my spare tire was flat. We went to the officers cruiser and found the nearest gas station and the plan was for him to follow me.
