"There would be 5 stars if it were not for the extremely rude representative they employ. The gentleman I’ve spoken to a couple of times has been polite and helpful every time but the woman is just awful. And for some reason she was always the one I got. She was rude EVERY SINGLE TIME. I know everyone has bad days but there’s no way she was “just having an off day” EVERY time I called. I’m baffled how someone with such horrid people skills would be chosen to directly interact with customers. During one conversation in which I found out I’d been paying for full coverage when I specifically asked for liability only and she had the nerve to snap out, “I don’t understand why you’re upset ma’am, that’s an excellent price for full coverage.” My mind was blown. I decided today to cancel and go through someone else. I’ll never go back."

"called asking for a quote for a mutual client and had a terrible experience.. the agent did not listen to what i was saying. was asked to repeat things over and over and then was told he would call back in 10 minutes with a quote. 30 minutes later i called back and asked about the quote. a different woman answered and was every bit as rude as the first agent i spoke with. she interrupted and talked over me and had the worst attitude ive ever dealt with in an insurance company providing quotes. i do not recommend anyone deal with this company and do yourself a favor and avoid this place"

"The staff at Yancey's insurance and business center were very polite and went out of their way to make sure I left happily and with a smile on my face, i went to finish up my I-9 form stuff for my new job and the were very polite and nice and I'm really considering going back to them for my car insurance, and they moved there building across the street next to church's chicken it's not on the right side anymore it's on the left side google says it's on the right hand side but it is on the left hand side by church's chicken now google hasn't updated their map... Thank you Yancey's employees for being So polite"

"I don’t mind paying the price for quality service! Each encounter I’ve had with this company is nasty! They make you feel as though they’re doing you a favor by taking your money! I rather pay someone else a higher fee and feel appreciated than to give my money to someone because they’re in my neighborhood! I’m sorry but do better!"

"They didn't give me a quote for business insurance because I'm not right according to this man. He said he was not going to waste his time educating me about how business insurance works. He did not give me good customer service.He told me that it is the first time in his life that he meets a person who does not know exactly what his project is. He is very sarcastic with me. This place lacks good service and fails to give customer satisfaction. I did not feel welcomed and the amount of disrespect was awful."
