"I went there yesterday, and it was in perfect working order, very clear instructions and a quick simple process. The reason it had been out of service the day before might be due to another user not putting the equipment back according to instructions. For this system to work, people need to pay attention and follow all the steps, otherwise it won't work properly for the next person. Do be aware: In order to use this, you need to be able to reach your car's onboard diagnostics port, which for many cars requires crouching down onto the floor under the steering wheel. So make sure you're able to manage that before trying to use this."
