"Washington and Lee is a great place to take your car. I recently had a real headscratcher problem with my idle. They worked diligently to find the problem. The first fix didn't work to their satisfaction and then they worked on it some more at NO CHARGE. They researched, tried things and communicated with me. I would highly recommend Washington and Lee for work on any car."

"Save your time and money. These dudes are a bunch of big babies. One guy literally had a temper tantrum when I said 110 dollars to hook a machine up to my car was a rip off. Go to Marathon just up the road and save some sanity. The owner at Marathon did in 10 minutes what these chumps did in 4 hours and for 110 dollars. What a joke! No idea how they are still in business."

"Called to see about getting a fuel injector replaced. Once I told them I had my own part for the car. I was told “well I can’t help you I don’t do customer parts” and hung up!!!! I couldn’t even get a ok thank you out!! So just based on that interaction there I would never spend my money on that kind of customer service!!!"

"My Tire pressure light was found on for no reason in Saturday morning and I needed my car in the afternoon, I just googled to found this auto shop and called to them. They are so nice and helpful, help me to check the tire right away, figure out and fix the problem quickly. I would say I'll come back if my car get wrong again cuz I trust their high-quality service. FYI, the reception desk decoration is really cool, so impressed by the handmade chained snake!!!"
