Her name was Virginia anytime I tried talking to her about something she would question me or anytime she would ask me something and I would respond to correct her shed say that is what she said and I'd tell her no you said this and she would say I was wrong. I have never in my life had such terrible service and because of her I do not think I will return to do my taxes again."
