The UPS Store

"I have had to use this store for a variety of reasons. They are always friendly and helpful which wasn’t the case before. My guess is they have come under new management recently. I won’t hesitate to use them again."

"The people in the Stow UPS store are very helpful and efficient. In addition to that, they are willing to go the extra mile to help. A package I sent through them was damaged in transit, was undeliverable, and returned to me. I took it to the Stow UPS store and they repackaged the item, and began arrangements for being reimbursed for the shipment payment but also submitted a claim with UPS. A day later I received an email from UPS indicating I would receive a reimbursement check in the mail for the shipping amount and damages. They really exceeded my expectations!"

"If i could give them less than 1 star i would. Awful service! I stopped in the morning and couldnt ship my package because their system was down. Went back in the afternoon and they literally wanted to charge me for a piece of tape!!! Do yourself a favor and avoid this location. Use a different location or even Kohls around the corner if shipping to Amazon. Ive read their other reviews before posting this and it seems thats this locations current trend.. I do NOT recommend this location!"

"This UPS store used to be a really good example of a national franchise run as a local business. They used to be helpful, friendly and engaged with customers... not anymore. I'm not sure when it changed, but my last visit was terrible. The new model is to try to be rude, argumentative, and to try to charge for superfluous services. Do yourself a favor and avoid the frustration and visit a Staples or a different UPS store."

"Normally, I have had superb and courteous service at this store. Unfortunately on Thursday, November 2, 2023 at 1:42 pm, I encountered a rude and unfriendly worker. On entering and after waiting for a while with no one in sight, I said "Hello". After another wait, the representative finally came in and gruffly said, "What do you want?" Wow!"
