"Had multiple policies through Deangelis Insurance for 4 months. I then attempted to secure life insurance for my husband and myself, but received no reply after I sent multiple text messages, emails and voicemails in a 3 month period. I gave them multiple opportunities to make it right, but I was blatantly ignored. Extremely disappointed in the lack of response and poor customer service, which made me worried if I ever had a claim. I ended up having to switch my policies to another agent."
