Has had my taxes since January and I got a call today July 31st they are done but I owe $100 more than previously quoted and the records of my past payments are no where to be found. Intetesting! This man is a joke. Took a vacation the week taxes were due and filed an extension without my knowledge and continued to wait 3 months to complete my taxes. Worst tax service I've ever experienced. Will NEVER give this man my business again."

"I Do Not recommend! They filed an extension on 4/7/23 and I just received my taxes today, after calling several times to inquire about them being done.$210 for a single male short form is just ridiculous! Every single employee is incompetent and no one there knows how to relay a message. And my tax return was sub par."

"Tried to incorporate our business also attempted to have them do our taxes for 2021 - required payment upfront and never filed for our incorporation - out $600 and never responded to our emails or calls. We did not work with them on our taxes either. Would not recommend!"

"Filed in May, no federal refund yet in august. They claim to have filed it immediately but in June the irs never received it so they had to refile. Ever hear of cross checking to make sure it’s received? You should have time because you’re not to busy working on building renovations. It’s straight out of 1970 inside and that’s being generous. Oh yeah, we also waited 2 hours past our appointment time to be seen only to deal with this never ending fiasco."
