"The lady that worked there refused to send my box out (my brother went to ship it for me cuz I’m disabled) he literally had to walk back home 3 separate times to ask me different questions about what I was shipping , and so forth I ended up calling the store to make sure she didn’t “ need” any more information so my brother wouldn’t have to walking again back there for nonsense then she charged him 26.08$ for an 11 ounce package ( a wristwatch) I’ve never heard of such high rates before she was obviously looking for someone to pick on that day"
