"One of ( if not) the absolute worst title companies I’ve ever dealt with. Error after error has been made through the process, but instead of owning it, being transparent, and communicating those errors, Dan chooses to take the arrogant position of lying, avoiding phone calls, and shifting responsibility. Recently, I marketed another property to some local wholesalers, One brought back my asking price with a buyer who requested to use American patriot title. I informed that buyer that I would never do another closing with that company again, and if they wish to purchase the property, it will be with another company."

"If I could give "0" stars I would. I'm not going to write specifics publicly, but this was the worst experience in our entire personal and professional career. My husband and I have bought and sold a dozen houses & both our careers are in real estate. The lack of organization, communication, knowledge, structure and professionalism was very evident due to the end result. A 3rd party was also affected due to the lack of proper communication. All I can say is, do your due diligence if you consider this group. I'm sure there are other reputable Title Agencies in the area."
