"Customer service lets phone go to voicemail. My package was supposed to be signed for and the driver walked up to the porch (didn’t ring the doorbell or knock) and then walked away briskly. As I reviewed this on my ring camera. Now I have to wait another day for my package to be picked up even though the representative said the driver was done making deliveries at about 2pm. This is unacceptable!!!"
