"Imagine being on the phone with the Krogers pharmacy five minutes before they close, waiting in there drive-through line.. as I’m trying to pick up my Prescription I realized I do not have my wallet, I asked if it’s OK to pay with my phone Jeffrey went back-and-forth with me, instead of saying yes I know you was in the drive-through come in I’ll let you pay. He went back-and-forth with me until we were down to the last minute and then told me if you can make it in, before we close…. Like where is the customer service, I’m currently in the drive thu line u see me , I’m disappointed, I’m paying 60 out of pocket because you guys no longer take CIGNA Cigna and this is how a paying customer is treated, try having a little more compassion and sympathy and being more understanding like come on I’m n the driver thu picking up needed medication after their long day of work, I understand that u want to go home, but I made it on time to pick up my NEED medicine."
