"Purchased flooring and cabinets from prosource a few months ago. The cabinets were beautiful, but we received two sets. Luckily one set was returned so we didn’t get charged for two. I was very disappointed in the flooring we received. After two months of having the new floor we have many chips and peeling at the edges of the floor. I was told it was water resistant, but underneath our dishwasher it is already peeling. The flooring installers took one day to install and we’re very efficient. I don’t know if the problem with the floor is the floor itself or how it was installed. It looks like we will probably have to replace the floor sooner than expected and will be going with a different company."

"I do not recommend this company for kitchen cabinets. we ordered 13 cabinets, when we opened the boxes we had a shock, out of 13 cabinets, only one was good. a lot of damage, door curves, hinges are not set correctly as my husband is a carpenter, he measured and saw it all. painting is just awful. when a person from this company came to our house, we opened the last two boxes and there were injuries, she recognized that the work was bad and she also said I don’t know what happened to the guys. they want to change only five offices, and what to do with the rest? My husband said that it’s just not possible to install it perfectly. Delivery was also a problem, they did not warn that they could deliver it only up to two hours. I work until 3:30 and could not accept. they said that the driver would come and unload it all on the street, well I went to meet them, my son accepted it, the driver gave him parts and he carried these weights with a broken arm. they received from me the entire amount of $ 6000, and now they do not want to return. I know that they must return the money, but now this is a big problem... Today ,2 month since I bought the kitchen from this company , no one calls and is not interested , that is , they sold a poor quality product and they don't care , and most importantly , they understand it . I am going to bring them all the cabinets back myself . Beware of this company , scammers... P.S OK I just saw that I received a very beautiful answer to my review, it was a month ago. During this month, no one called and offered nothing. These cabinets are not printed out, they don’t pick them up, and they don’t want to return the money. Now my lawyer is working on this. I have enough information and photos that during these five months this company has not made a single step to correct this situation. It is also moral damage, the manager sent me email and said that the cabinets are good and don’t need to spoil them. STAY AWAY from this terrible company.04/14/2019. Today I saw that they independently, without my knowledge, withdrew money from my bank account. And I'm going to turn to a lawyer."
