Smart Start Ignition Interlock

"Covington KY is so much cheaper. This site is garbage and the guy that runs Smart Start Ohio is destroying the brand and company name. Calibrations only at this site. Feels like I am at a hood corner store with no entry. I can't say that my opinion has changed much of this location. It would save me a lot of time if they did more than just calibrations as well as a little bit more politeness and kindness when dealing with customers. Not all of those are degenerate drunks some of us have actually reformed no longer drink I've been sober for 5 and 1/2 years now and treating me like a drunken child is not in the way to do business. I had a much better experience in the state of Ohio at North Point Auto Group where they were a little bit Kinder a little bit more understanding and a little bit easier to work with. Feel like more of Ohio should be like this and that the Smart Start centers maybe need a little bit better coverage. I'm not going to change my rating on Sharonville because they did threaten to call the police on me because I asked for corporate intervention. Just remember this is a franchise location just as all of Ohio is and you're not able to use the app to pay you have to pay on site. When you call Smart Start just remember they push you to use the app and they push you to make phone calls to the 800 number and Ohio has nothing to do with anything corporate Smart Start"

"Do not go to this smart start location in Ohio. I moved here from Colorado. It was 75 a month to get calibrated. Its 108 a month at this location. I went to the Covington KY location today and it was 79 bucks... So save yourself the 30 bucks if your car gets good mpg."
