"Phone order and pickup of 4 pizzas and a special mariachi bread. Super patient and kind on phone. Pizza was hot and ready upon arrival at the arranged time. Also, they had 10-12 customers waiting in there but they were cranking out orders by the minute! Great thin crust pizza. I recommend the Founder’s Favorite!"
"My husband ordered two pizzas for pickup online. Upon arrival only one pizza was ready and he was told the other had to be put back in and would be ready in 5 minutes. 15 minutes later the second pizza was ready. He was apologized to for the wait and given a couple of baked treats for free. Once the pizzas were brought home and bit into we noticed the crust on the second pizza that he had waited for was raw right underneath the toppings. So disappointing. Overall taste was good but hesitant to try again from this location."
"Ordered a plant based sausage and banana pepper pizza and got enough banana peppers for 4 pizzas. It was extremely soggy, undercooked, and disgusting. Reached out to customer service but received no response. Definitely won't be going back."
"We ordered the hot chicken and it was drenched in ranch. Even after trying to scrape it off it was still covered. Also ordered an olive and mushroom pizza that had so many toppings you couldn’t even see the cheese. We are from out of town but we regularly order the Donato’s close to where we live and this location was a total let down."
