"The atmosphere when you go in is nice, then you talk to the people working and their not rude but you can tell their just ready for you to leave, I don't blame them, but a little enthusiasm, and a smile never hurt, maybe greet people when they come in and ask if they need help instead of letting them sit at the counter for 5 minutes."

"They took my package which was a recliner to a store 2 blocks away from my house. I'm 66 year's old and had to figure out a way to get it to my apartment, and up to the 4th floor. I called twice and was told someone would go get it from the store where they took it to, and bring it to my apartment. The store threatened to send it back if I didn't come get it. I don't live at the store I live in a apartment building!"

"Very helpful and friendly. Only bad things could be the hours open 5PM to 7;30PM or that they are in next town. I drive home that way so no problem for me. Have been there many times, never a bad experience. The lady that is always there, likes her job and it shows."
