"Cashiers here are extremely dumb. Every time I stop here they harass me with the dumbest questions and it's getting extremely irritating. Do you have a rewards? Do you want a bag? Do you want a receipt? They are too stupid to think for themselves. Loves truck stops are all over the place and I stop there 2-3 times a day sometimes and it always the same 3 questions. Do you know how many times a week they ask me this and it ALWAYS the same answer which is NO. They can't figure it out."
"With all the major truck stops, Loves has always been on the better end of the spectrum from my overall experience. I've encountered a few here and there where the staff act like you're an inconvenience to your day or engage in unprofessional behavior but this one hits it out of the park in good customer service. I've been driving almost 2 years and this is the only truck stop where I've been addressed by name. The staff go the extra mile to demonstrate good customer service, and I give credit to the general manager here as a business atmosphere starts at the top and trickles down. Definitely keep up the good work, I'll always come here over the competition as long as the good service continues!"
"Worst experience in a Love's ever. Went in to do laundry at about 7pm. 2 washers/2 dryers, okay...no problem. My plan was to be in and out by 9pm. Washer cycle was about 40 minutes. 7 minutes into one of the washers (the one by the door) water starts pouring out of the washer. I went to get one of the associates. He sees that I did not overload the washer. We both later found out from the guy cleaning the showers, due to no fault of my own, the washer door locks when it wants to, his words "sometimes it locks...sometimes it doesn't". So now I sitting there with soaked unwashed clothes. I figured when the other washer stops, I'll just transfer the wet clothes to that one. Wait, it gets better. When the other washer completed its cycle, I went to put those clothes in the dryer and guess what, those clothes were soaked as well. The spin cycle didn't spin the water out. By this time, it's just after 8pm, I have 2 loads of soaked clothes and the only recourse I was offered was $5 in quarters. What was I supposed to do with $5 in quarters? Long story short, I was given a mop bucket and had to ring my clothes out by hand one at a time. The dryers, even on the hot setting, were barely warm. After spending an additional $12, I ended up leaving out of Love's at almost midnight with semi wet clothes. All around horrible experience."
"Great stop, clean bathrooms, floors and large selection! Plenty of room for your fur baby to roam around. It is obvious in observation analysis, the crew works very hard to ensure a bright encouraging atmosphere. Thank you guys for making this stop worth it! God Bless."
