"I LOVE PACK N POST !!! i love the accessibility of this business vs the post office. I love that when I come in I am immediately greeted with a warm welcome. Any time that I have any issues with amazon returns the women there always walk me through the process, They can print the label right there for me, I can fax things, make copies, they pack up packages with care and understanding that sometimes getting shipped accidents can happen, and they take extra time packing them ! I love the staff, and am always treated kindly. I never have to wait to be helped (unless of course there is other customers in the store) but they are always extremely helpful & welcoming !"
