"Donna Radcliff was probably the kindest person we could have found to do my wife and my taxes. She made legal shortcuts to save us$100. And also gave us a discount that wasn't starting until Monday. And we went on Saturday. She called corporate to get the discount approved. Dont think because it is in a Walmart that it's not going to be good...it will be great!. If u need your taxes done then call and schedule for Donna. You won't be disappointed. Kevin Berry"

"I made an appointment for today (2/2/2021) at 11 a.m. which was confirmed by Jackson Hewitt. They sent me an email and two text messages to remind me of this appointment. It is now 11:35 a.m. and the sign on the front of the booth says they open at 11 ... and there is no one here. I work 12 hour shifts on third and have been sitting here 40 minutes waiting for someone to show up at noon apparently, as indicated by a tiny little clock that the employee can adjust to show when they will return. Phone has been ringing also with no one here to answer. I have limited time off so I have very little choice but to wait, needless to say... I am not happy. Very unprofessional, pleeeease get it together."
