"Very good experience! Super helpful he checked out my vehicle and didn't even charge me! Was honest, patient, and thorough. Would highly recommend! Thank you!"
"I know he works on a lot of special cars, but he does great work on normal cars too. He changed out a head on my car a few years ago ( for a reasonable price) and I never had a problem with it. He even went the extra mile and adjusted the valves on the head that he wasn’t replacing. Thanks Eric."
"I just recently went to HWC automotive for the very first time. I brought in my 72 Monte Carlo which I’ve had for about 12 years. When the engine was built the tune was never done quite right and I’ve struggled with the car since I’ve had it. I’ve had several people look at it but no one was able to really figure out what I needed. I was given a quote for a couple hours for a basic tune so I decided to bring in my car. After several days they informed me that the car was finished and they completely nailed it! My initial quote was right on the money and I’ve never been able to enjoy my car as much as I have since I’ve brought it home from the shop. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone and will definitely be using it in the future."
"I have a 2010 Audi took it in there for an oil change and I’m pretty sure he didn’t change the oil filter. And the oil looks dirty. We not return my calls. I will never go back there Scam artist"
"I took my BMW in for a transmission issue, the owner Eric said the problem was more than likely old burnt fluid, he changed the fluid and after driving my car for a short time the same transmission warning light came on. I called him and left a message, he never returned my call. He also underquoted the job, his vebal estimate for the transmission flush and brake fluid was $200, when I went to pick the car up he charged me $260. I will never use this repair shop again, he is not a trustworthy person and never returned my phone call to suggest what to do going forward. Now he is lying about the so called ballpark figure he quoted me and still won't return my calls, I think he may be a pathological liar... He believes his own lies. He just wants to make a quick buck and could care less about fixing the problem correctly. He apparently is very weak in foreign car repair knowledge... Take your car elsewhere ! Caveat Emptor ! I left three messages, still no return call !"
