"Do NOT entrust your vehicle to Kia of streetsboro. Took car in for first maintenance and they can’t even inflate tires properly! One had 52 PSI in it!!! They weren’t willing to fix the mistake and I tried calling for days only to be hung up on! Most disrespectful and ignorant company."

"The service department is terrible. Kendra that works in service has a nasty disposition when speaking to customers and thinks she’s a certified mechanic . Bought a vehicle from there and had problems every since it left the lot kept bringing it in and being turned around the car finally just stop working and shortly found out the car was sold with a old battery got it replaced and the car was still running hot took it back to them and they are trying to charge 150 for tightening 3 screws on the battery made the cooling and the car run hot. After finding out the battery was new and checked by a professional right before it was dropped off to them they said they will waive the 150 but the car couldn’t never come back to them. Listen they will know something is serious wrong with your vehicle and send u back on the road so they can make more money they are crooks please take your vehicle to a mechanic you can trust . Their staff is not trained or trustworthy and don’t know how to talk to people please save yourself the headache and money"

"Bought my 2019 Kia soul from Kia of Streetsboro, 99% of the time you call the service department no one answers, you leave a message no one calls back. Kia it’s self has proved that the engine is burning more oil then then it even holds, they did a combustion chamber cleaning…… after the cleaning it’s still burning oil but now telling me it’s fine and acceptable to burn that much oil, and that we are done with the process we were doing, now my warranty is going to run out, this is unacceptable to me. I will be exhausting every effort I possibly can to get my car fixed, just wanted to let people know not to buy a car from here."

"1/6/2023. Kia of Streetsboro is my "go-to" dealership! Everyone is so kind and honestly work so hard to get you the best deal and into the vehicle you really want. This year I traded in my 2017 Sorento for a brand new 2023 Sorento. (It's gorgeous!) Our sales person, Nick Russo, was by far the highlight of our experience that day. He was a joy and worked past closing to get me an amazing deal. Nick was also so kind, fun, and attentive to my son, who was super excited to get a new car. He now believes he and Nick are best friends lol Steve in finance deserves a special shout out as well for being so great.. thanks so much, Steve! "fantastic service. Sales staff in very unpolished . one sales person loudly making jokes on a coffee machine not working. He is interacting with customers way too much. lot of workers running around on cell phones. Service group really great and working with us well."
