Take 5 Oil Change

"I have a very old car and I come here for oil changes usually in the evening. Today I came in the morning and met Leonard. He topped off my oil and notices my coolant was is desperate need of a flush. All the times I've been here no one has ever brought that to my attention. It was bad and close to blowing a head gasket which would of been the death of my car. Thank u Leonard for being great at ur job and stopping a huge problem before it happened !!"

"Just had a great experience here! I was greeted by Marcus, who stopped what he was doing on the car in front of me to hand me a water bottle and my daughter a juice box. He was the only attendant working, but still got me in and out quickly. He was knowledgeable about the oil that worked best for my car and was very professional. I had come here once before for an e-check, and their system was down at the time but Marcus asked if he could at least fill the air in my tires. Very happy with my service, I will definitely be back!"

"This was THE WORST experience I’ve ever had getting an oil change with “Marcus D”. I’ve been here before and gotten fabulous service from other techs, that’s why I came back. This time we came in and Marcus D. barely spoke to us and was completely bothered by our existence to get an oil change. We were there Sunday Jan 21 at 10:15am. I hope he has a better day for the remaining customers. He really didn’t ask questions, he just kinda grunted and mumbled. I’ve also never seen anyone dump oil into the top of my car, so I don’t even know if I got a reputable oil change."

"I use take 5 regularly, but my last 2 experiences have been horrible. I sat outside the door for awhile before someone finally came out. He was semi nice, but the other one came out smoking his vape and was not friendly at all. He was on his cellphone during my visit. He just acted like I was bothering him by being there. I work in customer service and that's not how you treat people.I felt very uncomfortable. The only thing he asked was "Did I need wiper blades?" Uh, no thanks. I'd rather go to AutoZone. Neither of them knew how to reset my light after it was done. To make matters worse, the price has gone up almost 50.00 since my last oil change. That's ridiculous. I'll be going elsewhere from this point forward."

"DO NOT COME HERE. The worst experience I've ever had at an oil change establishment. The guy that "greeted" us literally just said "what do you want?" Very rude, unprofessional and just acting like he didn't want us to be there. Then refused to give my husband his veterans discount because their computer system wasn't working. It worked well enough to take our money though. Very disappointed, never supporting this location again."
