"These folks were amazing. My car got broken into early in December 2022. Whoever did it had broken the rear window and had torn apart the dash, leaving it in a state where it wasn't safe to drive. It's a kia, so it was clear they were trying to steal it. Luckily they failed. My insurance said this business was the closest one that they covered, so I had it towed there. They knew I didn't have any rentals on my insurance and did what they could to quickly get it in a drivable state so I could have my car back. Only took a little over a week. There was a part on backorder, but they rigged something up so I could safely drive it and called me in when the last part did arrive. Just got it all finished up the other day. I'm very VERY grateful they took my predicament with the lack of a free rental into consideration. It still cost me over 300 in ubers to get to and from work for those couple of weeks, but it could have been ALOT worse. ALSO, the first time I took it in it looked like they cleaned it up! It certainly looked cleaner than when I dropped it off. In short, I really appreciate the good, quick work of these guys. They really saved my bacon."

"This location does do great work. Thank you. The condition of the car's exterior and interior were bad. I spent 2 hours cleaning the interior of my Camry. I had a bucket of dirty water from the sanding and compounds they used. The right rear floor mat was covered in dust. The car wasn't even washed. Maybe they blew it with a compressor? Not sure. Coincidentally, 2 weeks later my daughter had her car at North Canton Collision Center and when they returned it, they buffed the entire car. They cleaned the interior, and hung a air freshener on the dash. That's amazing and courteous. I should've used the local auto body shop in Hartville or the N Canton Collision. Also, the parking lot is a mess. I had to park my car in the lane-period. Both times - drop off and pick up- Be careful not to get in an accident there!!"

This was my first experience getting repairs on my car and I was very happy with the work that was done. They were extremely helpful assisting me with my car rental and making sure my claim was updated with my estimates and rental service.
