"This was my very first time renting from this location, I had no problem with any member of the staff until my delivery day. My card was not going through on their end. I had spoken to the manager on duty, Porscha. She was nothing but rude to me over the phone, awful customer service. I am a manager dealing with customers too, I would NEVER speak to my customers the way she spoke to me today over the phone. Straight up said she was going to cancel my order. I got on the website to process my payment and it worked perfectly fine... I heard her in the background of the phone call "hmm look at that". That manager defiantly needs some sort of customer service training if she wants to work with the public. I asked for a corporate number, she denied me the phone number and told me to Google it. I had no problem with the delivery men, they were very nice and actually spoke to me like I was an actual human. Shame Shame on Porscha. I will never be ordering from this location again, if this is how they treat the customers."

"They don't have public restrooms, but don't tell you that. So a pregnant woman goes to use it and they whisper "what is she doing, we don't have public restrooms, she can't do that". The back area was open and had no signs to convey the restroom was only for them. Crazy I was in there a couple days before and could use the restroom with no issue. They weren't nice about it, they didn't stop her, and they continued to talk bad about her. Very disrespectful and rude staff. They then sit on the furniture in the lobby that people will take home with them? Make it make sense. Will not be back. I recommended her to take her business elsewhere."
