"Taking care of business… Story later! If you know… you know! I checked into several auto glass companies. Especially Safelite. I went through all the steps website play online register the car click the graphic that showed the window that needed to be replaced and appointment was said three days later they want to wait but Safelite has a great reputation so I did. So the gentleman comes out looks at my car and says that I ordered the wrong glass. So I told him no I said the graphic came up. I clicked the graphic that they picked up my window and he says well I don’t have that window that you need. I’m gonna have to order it. And I said well I don’t want you to order it and charge it to me. I will check around and see who else could do the service. He kept telling me how he could have it in Monday and I said no no no no I’m fine and then I ask, what would it cost now that it’s a different type window? He said it would be an extra $150. I said no no no no I will check around thank you have a great Saturday! So I checked a few others and they were that way and then I ran across Auto Glass Now, I’ll cut to the chase. The technician took care of my window explained everything in detail and I asked him why did everybody else seem to have a hard time with it? He says he doesn’t know why they had a hard time he says, but there is a special latch inside the door that if you don’t know, is there you’ll never get the window out. He says I’ve dealt with these before, and that led him right to it. He says I will take care of that latch and I could be able to replace your window 123. His name is Trey nice guy really nice guy and of course I had to tip him, that I didn’t have to but I need it to express my gratitude for his knowledge. "Service was excellent, I took my 32 year old Nissan Hardbody in to have back glass replaced . The mounding was a bit hard to find . They went out of their way to find it ,and the installation went great . . Jacob was my tech, and that guy deserves a raise he went above and beyond, informing me that my current rubber mounding wouldn't fit do to the fact ,there's no sliding window available in Cleveland area . I had to get a stationary window.. Great place for your auto needs."
