"Extremely unprofessional. I filled out an online quote and Dominic reached out to me via text. He explained to me that he could not insure me because of 3 accidents. I had 1 accident 5 years ago so I was totally confused. They weren't even accidents so I'm not sure how 2 if the claims were even filed as such. He got argumentative and condensending. Then he screenshot my claim history, for whatever reason he felt compelled to send it to me via text. I mean, is this guy really working with the public?!? lol how immature and how antagonistic can one be? So yeah, if you were looking to get insured, go to a company that actually cares about people. Not some narcissistic guy with no respect or knowledge on how to deal with people. Let me find out how to attach photos. I have an entire convo to upload!"
