The price was very reasonable and they took the time to walk me through the process of how to set my door code. They answered all of my questions and treated me with respect. He comes out the first time and explains thingss…BUT if you have a follow-up problem he will start YELLING at you, talk to you in a condescending way, blame you for the problem not offer ANY resolution to your problem and spend the next 20 minutes CURSING you out calling you all kinds of names. I am very SORRY I EVER gave Marshall a FIVE STAR review. I was duped into believing this was an upstanding business. $320 For an hour work and in return all I got was disrespect and a dishwasher still does not work it to resolution on how to get it to work."
